Run This Amazing Day: Katie is an Ironman several times over.  Her puppies are adorable. She takes photos of her butt.  What more could you ask for?

Mile Posts: Dorothy has ran over 25 marathons, and blogs about finding your strength on the run.  She is an amazing virtual mentor and motivator.

KC Running Company Groupies: I found the Kansas City Running Company by literally stumbling across their office one day shortly after moving to KC.  I went in, found the nicest guy who told me all about the Company, and how there is a KCRC Groupies Club that runs together a few times every week.

KCRC started a new Groupies run very close to my apartment late summer 2014, and I couldn’t have been more excited to go!  The first group run I went to, the members were so nice, and everyone was very welcoming.  Read why I love KCRC so much here.

KCRC also opened a new running and sports medicine store in late summer 2014, with running clothes and shoes, and also sports medicine and rehab equipment.  I am really looking forward to being a part of a Running Club for the first time ever, and I think I found a perfect fit with the #KCRCGroupies!
