How To: The Roll-Tuck for old T-Shirts.  You can save lots of space by tightly rolling up old race t-shirts.

Running clubs:

KC Running Company: I found the Kansas City Running Company by literally stumbling across their office one day shortly after moving to KC. I attended their group runs for a few years before moving a bit further away. I still go occasionally to their runs in Leawood, and this group will always feel like home.

Running Well Store: I also love going to the group runs at the Running Well Store in Mission KS. The Running Well Store has 3 locations across the Kansas City metro area, and they are always having fun and keeping the group runs interesting!
