Monday, I was not in the mood to cycle. I went anyway, and I had an amazing class. Tuesday, I woke up with a headache, and couldn’t run early in the morning before it got hot. I had to run after work, and it was 95 degrees. I didn’t necessarily have a great run, but I was proud of myself for doing it anyway.
It’s so true, sometimes the best runs (or bike rides, or ANYTHING in life) happen when you don’t feel like going.
