Last year, I accepted a challenge put forth my my sister (and amazing personal trainer), Kristen, to do 1000 push ups, 2000 squats, and 3000 sit ups. I accepted, and it was a great challenge to push myself to do extras besides just running. I know I need to work on cross training and strength training, especially core strength. I’m hoping this challenge will become part of my daily routine, and hope I will become stronger in the process!
I’d like to do the same challenge this year, and challenge you, my readers and friends, to accept!
